HydroLink Engineering performed hydraulic and hydrologic analyses of Eden Lake to evaluate dam performance under the Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) event in accordance with TCEQ requirements. Services included development of a dam breach model extending more than one mile downstream and preparation of an Emergency Action Plan (EAP). The final H&H study, breach analysis, and EAP were accepted by TCEQ.
